NordicTrack Arm Cord Drum Tension Resistance 3pc BEARING SET

Correct Assembly Order:   Tension Adjustment Knob > Spring > BEARING SET > Drum.

Comes coated with Aeroshell 14 and ready to install. Oil 6 ~ 12 months thereafter.

Make sure BEARING is sandwiched between the 2 smooth BEARING WASHERS included.

Check the plastic Tension Adjustment Knob for cracks underneath around the threaded metal insert.  If you need a replacement, Please Order HERE
