One T-Handle WING NUT goes on each side of the arm exerciser "shuttle" which locks and positions the hip pad & arm exerciser to your height. 

Two required - one on each side of the "shuttle".  Locks the shuttle with hip pad and arm exerciser into place.

One pan head bolt included with square neck. This fits the square metal hole on each side of the "shuttle".    Square Side:  Bolt.  Round Side:  T-Handle Wing Nut.

Original OEM part.  Pre-Lubricated.  Smooth & Quiet.
