NordicVision Exercise Videos on DVD

These original NordicTrack Skier exercise videos were originally released only on VHS in the early 1990's at a retail cost of nearly $25.00 each. 

They were all shot POV (point of view) so the person watching is in the camera position.  This method puts you right into the picture or scene. 

There is also a timer and progress bar which shows up in regular intervals on the screen in coordination of the workout "Cross County Ski Trail".  Each workout varies from 10 to 30 minutes, and you can go from one workout right into the next to extend your time.
